Kidnapping rate of Bahamas jumped by 6.06% from 7.1 cases per 100,000 population in 2011 to 7.5 cases per 100,000 population in 2012. Since the 34.43% slump in 2010, kidnapping rate shot up by 50.70% in 2012.
