Motor vehicle theft rate of Costa Rica went down by 0.93% from 89.6 cases per 100,000 population in 2013 to 88.8 cases per 100,000 population in 2014. Since the 0.75% increase in 2011, motor vehicle theft rate plummeted by 19.54% in 2014.
